    I'm actually going to court tomorrow 06/24/2010. I reside in san Jose. I though a lawyer was going to help me out from Virginia which was referred to me by Mr. Budd Hibbs but he only contacted me once and never returned my calls weeks after. So I'm basically stuck going to court without representation.
